I began dealing life in Bermondsey Market in the late 50s when stand rent was 10/-. As there were usually three of us sharing it was an inexpensive introduction to antique dealing!
I was working with my first American customers before 1960 when prices were different, but goods were more readily avaidable.I also sold into markets as diverse as Norway to Portugal.
It wasin the early 80s I started selling fireplace furniture and accessories, and there I have remained, with one or two other interests.
